The new CD-02 blank feeding dispenser is available in 2 mounting positions (right or left) and 3 different configurations:

• Single central track (for use with only a single mold mounted on the fixed plane)

• Double track (for use with two molds mounted on the same fixed plane)

• Triple track (to satisfy both needs).

The equipment is supplied fully assembled and ready for use, the simplicity of assembly makes it operational in 10min.

Benefits:

• Greater quantity of blank = lower frequency of operator intervention for the loading operation.

• Horizontal position = lower height and greater ease of loading by the operator.

• Automatic opening of the blank feeding dispenser at the end of the blank = possibility to use both hands to load the blank.

• Lower blank sliding guides = greater ease of loading by the operator.

• Acoustic / visual warning of the load need = the operator doesn't have to worry about the dispenser emptying.
